Two men have been charged with arson at an industrial site in Harrogate.
Richard Gray, 58, and Daniel Sidebotham, 47, have both been charged with arson at 81 Skipton Road on January 26, 2024.
Mr Gray, of Holcroft Drive in Wigan, and Mr Sidebotham, of Waterside Road in Cheshire, are also charged with allegedly producing class B drug Cathinone on the same date in Harrogate.
Both men are due to appear at Harrogate Magistrates Court on June 5, 2026.
Five fire crews tackled the blaze at the former Jewson factory during evening rush hour.
Black smoke billowed over the Skipton Road area and traffic was diverted away from the incident.
