More details have been released about next week's Push for Pudsey event for BBC Children in Need.
The fundraising challenge will see BBC Look North's Amy Garcia join Lindsey Burrow, widow of rugby league legend Rob Burrow, in an epic, five-stage, 80-mile trek around Yorkshire – pushing a large red sofa the whole way.
The pair will be raising funds for BBC Children in Need, whose telethon last year raised more than £45 million over the course of the broadcast.
The Push for Pudsey route will take Amy and Lindsey over some of Yorkshire’s highest peaks, but will begin relatively gently.
The challenge will start on Monday, November 9 from Ripon Market Place and then head through Bishop Monkton and Burton Leonard before turning off-road through the Lime Quarries Nature Reserve.

They'll take a break in Ripley and then tackle the long slog uphill along the Nidderdale Greenway to Harrogate, where BBC Look North will be reporting live.
The pair will then push on to Knaresborough, and aim to complete the leg in the Market Place at about 8pm.
The subsequent stages will be completed outside our district. Day 2 will start in Sprotbrough, near Doncaster, and finish at Conisbrough Castle. Day 3 starts at Strines and ends in Sheffield; day 4 goes from Meltham to Holme Moss; and the final day will start at Morley and finish in Wakefield.
The sofa-pushers' progress can be followed on BBC Look North, from the start line in Ripon to the Wakefield finish on Children in Need appeal day – Friday, November 13.
