Harrogate looks set to get a dedicated Vietnamese restaurant and takeaway.
Work was taking place today (October 7) to refurbish the former Savoro Pizzeria and Bar on Beulah Street.
A sign in the window says an ‘authentic Vietnamese noodles’ business called +84 Pho is ‘coming soon’.
The international dialling code for Vietnam is +84.
Pho is a traditional Vietnamese soup made of broth and noodles, often served with beef or chicken.
Harrogate does not have a standalone Vietnamese restaurant but does have several pan-Asian eateries.
The Beulah Street unit where +84 Pho is opening was for many years home to Subway, but it never reopened after covid.
The site subsequently became the coffee shop Espresso House before its short-lived venture as Savoro, which closed in December last year.
